Das Grabmal von Ilaria del Carretto ist ein Grabdenkmal des Bildhauers Jacopo della Quercia, das um 1406-1408 auf Auftrag von Paolo Guinigi für seine Frau Ilaria del Carretto geschaffen wurde. Es befindet sich in der Kathedrale San Martino in Lucca.
Im Februar 1403 wird die Hochzeit des Herren von Lucca, Paolo Guinigi, mit Ilaria del Carretto gefeiert. Am 8. Dezember 1405 stirbt Ilaria im Alter von 26 Jahren nach ihrer zweiten Geburt. Der Sarkophag wird bei Jacopo della Quercia in Auftrag gegeben, der zwei Jahre für die Ausführung benötigt. Er wird in der Kathedrale aufgestellt, ein Zeichen der sozialen Überlegenheit von Guinigi. Seit 1842 im linken Querschiff aufgestellt, wurde das Denkmal 1995 in die Sakristei verlegt.
