Das Kloster St. Augustinus in Matera, bestehend aus der Kirche und dem Kloster, ist ein Gotteshaus aus dem späten 16. Jahrhundert, das in der Stadt Matera, genauer gesagt in den Vierteln der Sassi, gelegen ist. Es wurde außerdem durch ministerielle Verfügung vom 24. September 1988 als nationales italienisches Denkmal anerkannt.
