Das Nilmosaik von Palestrina ist ein 5,85 × 4,31 m großes antikes Bildmosaik aus dem Heiligtum der Fortuna Primigenia in Praeneste, dem heutigen Palestrina, und ist die am besten erhaltene und bedeutendste antike Nillandschaft. Eine aus Fragmenten rekonstruierte Fassung befindet sich im Museo Nazionale Prenestino, dem ehemaligen Palazzo Barberini-Colonna. Ein Segment befindet sich in der Antikensammlung in Berlin.
