De mozaïek van Palestrina of de Nijlmozaïek van Palestrina is een laat-hellenistische vloermozaïek die de Nijl afbeeldt tijdens zijn doorgang van de Blauwe Nijl naar de Middellandse Zee. De mozaïek maakte deel uit van een klassieke heiligdom-grot in Palestrina, een stad ten oosten van het oude Rome, in centraal Italië. Het heeft een breedte van 5,85 meter en een hoogte van 4,31 meter en biedt een blik op de Romeinse fascinatie voor de oude Egyptische exotiek in de 1ste eeuw voor Christus, zowel als een vroege manifestatie van de rol van Egypte in de Romeinse verbeelding als een voorbeeld van het genre "Nilotisch landschap", met een lange iconografische geschiedenis in Egypte en de Egeïsche Zee.
