Die Villa und das Gut Petrognano sind ein historischer Komplex in der Gemeinde Capannori, in der Via di Petrognano 13.
Die Via di Petrognano trennt die beiden Kerne, den herrschaftlichen und den landwirtschaftlichen, des ländlichen Siedlungsgebiets Petrognano, das aus mehreren Gebäudekörpern und etwa 150 Hektar Land besteht. Die eigentliche Villa, die einst den Familien Donati und Borromei gehörte und heute den Grafen Gambaro gehört, stammt aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und hat einen rechteckigen Grundriss, der nach Westen auf eine englische Rasenfläche und nach Osten auf zwei Panoramaterrassen blickt, von denen eine einen italienischen Garten beherbergt. Der Garten beherbergt ein paar Brunnen mit Statuen und Masken sowie eine Remise, die einst möglicherweise eine Adelskapelle war.
