La villa y la finca de Petrognano son un complejo histórico en el municipio de Capannori, en la vía de Petrognano 13.
La vía de Petrognano divide en dos los dos núcleos, señorial y agrícola, del asentamiento rural de Petrognano, compuesto por más de un cuerpo de fábrica y por cerca de 150 hectáreas de terreno. La villa en sí, que perteneció a las familias Donati y Borromei y hoy es de los condes Gambaro, data del siglo XVII, y tiene una planta rectangular, con vista hacia el oeste a un jardín inglés, y hacia el este a dos terrazas panorámicas, una de las cuales alberga un jardín al italiano. El jardín alberga un par de fuentes con estatuas y mascarones, y un cobertizo que quizás fue en su momento capilla gentilicia.
