Das Massaker von Caiazzo war ein Kriegsverbrechen der deutschen Wehrmacht, bei dem 22 wehrlose Menschen – Männer, Frauen und Kinder – ermordet wurden. Das Kriegsverbrechen fand während des Zweiten Weltkriegs am 13. Oktober 1943 am Monte Carmignano bei Caiazzo nördlich von Neapel statt. In einem Strafprozess, der mit 15 Opfern nur einen Teil der Tat betraf, wurden gegen den des Mordes an 15 Menschen angeklagten, zur Tatzeit 20-jährigen, Leutnant Wolfgang Lehnigk-Emden vom Landgericht Koblenz folgende Feststellungen getroffen:
