Die Brouwersgracht ist ein Amsterdamer Kanal, der das Singel mit dem Singelgracht verbindet. Der Kanal markiert die nordwestliche Grenze des Grachtengürtels. Zwischen der Prinsengracht und der Singelgracht bildet die Brouwersgracht die nördliche Grenze der Jordaan.
Die Nummerierung der Lijnbaansgracht, der Prinsengracht, der Keizersgracht, der Herengracht und des Singel beginnt ab der Brouwersgracht zu zählen. Zwischen Brouwersgracht Nr. 62 und Nr. 68, beim West-Indischen Haus, liegt der Herenmarkt.
