Holthees ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Land van Cuijk, in der niederländischen Provinz Nordbrabant. Am 1. Januar 2021 hatte das Dorf 550 Einwohner. Das Dorf bildet zusammen mit dem Limburgischen Dorf Smakt eine Gemeinschaft. Holthees hat eine Fläche von 2,91 km². Der Name Holthees wurde erstmals 1359 erwähnt. Das Dorf entstand rund um eine mittelalterliche Kapelle. Die Mariakapelle, die heute noch im Dorf zu sehen ist, stammt aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. In früheren Zeiten war Holthees ein wichtiger militärischer Stützpunkt zur Verteidigung des Landes van Cuijk.
