Ryptsjerk ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Tytsjerksteradiel in der Provinz Friesland, Niederlande. Im Januar 2017 hatte es eine Bevölkerung von etwa 767. Das Dorf wurde erstmals 1314 als Ripikerka erwähnt und bedeutet Kirche, die zu Rijp gehört. Ryptsjerk entwickelte sich, nachdem der Zwarteweg von Leeuwarden nach Vijversburg zwischen 1528 und 1531 gebaut wurde. Die niederländisch-reformierte Kirche wurde 1757 erbaut.
