Solleveld ist ein Naturdenkmal zwischen Kijkduin und Monster. Dieses Naturdenkmal besteht aus mehreren verschiedenen Gebieten: Solleveld, Dorestad, Ockenrode, Van Leijdenhof, Hyacintenbos und Ockenburg. Es gibt verschiedene Eigentümer, darunter Delfland für den Dünenstreifen entlang des Meeres, Dunea für Solleveld, das Zuid-Hollands Landschap für Van Leijdenhof und Hyacintenbos und die Gemeinde Den Haag für Ockenburg. Ockenrode und Dorestad sind Privatbesitz. Solleveld wurde zusammen mit den weiter südlich gelegenen Kapittelduinen und dem Staelduinse Bos als Natura 2000-Gebiet unter dem Namen Solleveld & Kapittelduinen ausgewiesen.
