Die Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Geboortekerk ist eine römisch-katholische Kirche in Hoogmade.
Die erste Kirche an diesem Standort wurde 1742 in Gebrauch genommen. Da diese im 19. Jahrhundert zu klein wurde, wurde eine neue Kirche im neugotischen Stil von Architekt Evert Margry erbaut. Sie wurde seit 1875 genutzt und stürzte 1929 teilweise ein, weshalb die gesamte Kirche, mit Ausnahme des Turms, abgerissen werden musste.
Im Jahr 1931 wurde das aktuelle Gebäude in Gebrauch genommen. Architekt J.A. van der Laan entwarf die große Hallenkirche, in die der alte Turm integriert wurde. Die Kirche wird weiterhin genutzt.
