Terborg ist eine kleine Stadt in der Achterhoek, die zur Gemeinde Oude IJsselstreek (bis 2005: Gemeinde Wisch) in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland gehört. Terborg hatte Anfang 2008 4.529 Einwohner. Terborg liegt etwa 7 Kilometer südöstlich von Doetinchem und grenzt im Norden an Gaanderen, im Westen an Etten und im Süden an Silvolde. Terborg verfügt über einen Bahnhof an der Eisenbahnlinie Arnhem - Winterswijk. Terborg liegt an der Alten IJssel. Im Zentrum der Stadt befindet sich das Schloss Wisch. Im Südosten liegt das Naturschutzgebiet Paasberg. Terborg erhielt 1419 das Stadtrecht. Der Schutzpatron der Stadt ist St. Georg.
