Im Februar 2000 entstand der Plan, eine Weinmanufaktur einzurichten, um Weinliebhabern die Möglichkeit zu bieten, den Prozess der Weinherstellung zu erleben und Weine kennenzulernen, die aus Früchten der Betuwe hergestellt werden. Inzwischen hat sich die Weinmanufaktur zu einer Brauerei und Likörmanufaktur entwickelt. Weine stellen wir zwar noch her, aber nur für den Eigenbedarf und für die Workshops. Biere wie Betuws Himbeere und Betuws Kirsch brauen wir neben drei weiteren Sorten zur Verkaufsförderung. Diese gehen, genau wie unsere Liköre und Likörchen, an diverse Hofläden, Restaurants und Spirituosenhandlungen in der Betuwe.
