I februar 2000 opstod planen om at indrette et vinhus med det formål at give vinelskere mulighed for at opleve processen med vinfremstilling og lære om vine lavet af frugter fra Betuwe. Imidlertid er vinhuset vokset til et bryggeri og likørfremstilling. Vi laver stadig vine, men kun til eget brug og til workshops. Øl som Betuws hindbær og Betuws kirsebær brygger vi ud over tre andre slags til salg. Disse går ligesom vores likører og likuretter til forskellige gårdbutikker, restauranter og vinhandlere i Betuwe.
