Nel febbraio del 2000 è nata l'idea di allestire una cantina vinicola con l'obiettivo di offrire agli amanti del vino la possibilità di vivere il processo di produzione del vino e conoscere i vini realizzati con frutti della Betuwe. Nel frattempo, la cantina vinicola è cresciuta diventando una birreria e un liquoreria. Continuiamo a fare vini, ma solo per uso personale e per i workshop. Produciamo birre come il lampone della Betuwe e la ciliegia della Betuwe accanto ad altre tre varietà per la vendita. Queste, insieme ai nostri liquori e liquorette, vanno nei vari negozi agricoli, ristoranti e negozi di liquori nella Betuwe.
