Wellerlooi ist ein Kirchdorf im Norden der niederländischen Provinz Limburg und gehört zur Gemeinde Bergen. Obwohl bereits im 17. Jahrhundert eine Kapelle in Wellerlooi stand, in der Messen gefeiert wurden, wurde es erst im Laufe des 19. Jahrhunderts eine bedeutendere Siedlung, als Folge von Heideentwicklungen. 1888 entstand die St.-Katharinen-Kirche und 1894 wurde Wellerlooi zur Pfarrei erhoben.
