Scherpenzeel (friesisch: Skerpenseel) ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Weststellingwerf in der niederländischen Provinz Friesland. Es liegt südwestlich von Wolvega, zwischen Wolvega und Kuinre. Das Dorf zählt etwa 180 Wohnungen. Zu dem Dorf gehört auch ein Teil des Weilers Gracht und bis 1969 gehörte auch der südliche Teil von Langelille zu Scherpenzeel. Im Grenzgebiet mit Munnekeburen ist 2007 ein neuer Weiler entstanden, Munnekezeel. Es war bereits ein bestehendes Viertel, das durch die Tatsache gebildet wurde, dass es außerhalb der beiden Dorfkerne liegt.
