Oene ist ein Dorf im Nordosten der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Das Dorf gehört zur Gemeinde Epe und liegt an der östlichen Veluwe. Oene hat etwa 1.625 Einwohner. Oene liegt in Höhe von Epe und wird durch die A50 und den Apeldoorns Kanal davon getrennt. Der Weg nach Epe heißt in Oene Eperweg und auf der anderen Seite des Kanals Oenerweg. Oene ist ein alter Ort, weshalb es einen alten Namen hat. Es leitet sich vom urgermanischen 'hûn' ab, was 'moorisch' bedeutet. Es lag schließlich in den Auen der IJssel und hat einen hohen Grundwasserspiegel durch Quellwasser des Veluweseitigen Höhenzugs.
