Grolloo ist ein kleines Esdorf im Südwesten der Gemeinde Aa en Hunze in der niederländischen Provinz Drenthe, gelegen auf dem Rolderrug, an der N376 zwischen den Dörfern Rolde und Schoonloo.
Östlich des Dorfes liegen die Grollooërkoelanden, nördlich das Waldgebiet Grollooërveld und im Südosten findet man das Grolloërveen, das Teil des Forstamts Grolloo ist.
