Heer ist ein ehemaliges Dorf und eine ehemalige Gemeinde in der niederländischen Provinz Limburg, gelegen am südöstlichen Rand der Stadt Maastricht. Seit der Annexion am 1. Juli 1970 ist es eines der 44 offiziellen Stadtteile der Gemeinde Maastricht. Heer hat über 7.500 Einwohner. Die Farben der Heerder Flagge sind rot und grün.
