Die Katharinenkapelle stammt aus dem elften/zwölften Jahrhundert und ist die älteste Hallenkirche der Niederlande. Die Katharinenkapelle war bis 1901 die Kirche von Lemiers.
Um 1975 gab es Pläne, der Kapelle wieder eine kirchliche Funktion zu geben. Hans Truijen malte 1978 das gesamte Interieur im expressionistischen Stil.
Die Kombination aus jahrhundertealter Kapelle und modernen Gemälden ist etwas Besonderes und wird Sie bewegen.
