Bussloo ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Voorst in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Es hat etwa 170 Einwohner. Das Dorf ist vor allem bekannt für den Freizeitsee Bussloo.
Die Siedlung wird 1794 als Boslo erwähnt und 1808 in der heutigen Schreibweise. Es war zudem der Name eines adligen Hauses und des dazugehörigen Anwesens, das durch Heirat im Jahr 1775 von Th. O. van Dorth tot Medler, der Dame von Bussloo, in die Familie Van Wijnbergen kam und bis 1994 in dieser Familie blieb.
