Varssel ist eine Ortschaft in der Gemeinde Bronckhorst in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Varssel ist bekannt für die Motorradrennen, die jedes Jahr im Mai auf der Varsselring stattfinden. Ein markantes Punkt ist das Überbleibsel der Varsseler Mühle, einer ehemaligen Oberschrotmühle. Bereits 1915 wurde die Mühle entwickelt. Bei der Sturmkatastrophe von 1925 flog der Kran der Mühle davon.
