Oukoop ist ein Weiler, der zur Gemeinde Bodegraven-Reeuwijk in der niederländischen Provinz Südholland gehört. Er liegt zwischen den Reeuwijkse Plassen und hat 60 Einwohner. Für die Postanschriften liegt Oukoop in Reeuwijk-Brug. Ursprünglich war Oukoop ein selbstständiges Herrschaftsgebiet, bis es zum 1. Januar 1812 Teil der Gemeinde Waarder in der Provinz Utrecht wurde. Am 1. Januar 1818 wurde Oukoop eine selbstständige Gemeinde, die am 1. Januar 1821 in der Provinz Südholland lag. Die Gemeinde wurde auch Oukoop und Kortenhoeve genannt. Am 19. August 1857 wurde Oukoop Teil der Gemeinde Hekendorp. Da Oukoop nicht an das Gemeindegebiet von Hekendorp grenzte, wurde es eine Exklave dieser Gemeinde. 1964 wurde Hekendorp Teil der Gemeinde Driebruggen, die 1989 Teil der Gemeinde Reeuwijk wurde.
