Oukoop è un abitato che appartiene al comune di Bodegraven-Reeuwijk nella provincia olandese dell'Olanda Meridionale. Si trova tra i Laghi di Reeuwijk e conta 60 abitanti. Per gli indirizzi postali, Oukoop si trova a Reeuwijk-Brug. Inizialmente Oukoop era una signoria indipendente, fino a quando, a partire dal 1 gennaio 1812, divenne parte del comune di Waarder nella provincia di Utrecht. Il 1 gennaio 1818 Oukoop divenne un comune indipendente, che a partire dal 1 gennaio 1821 si trovò nella provincia dell'Olanda Meridionale. Il comune era anche conosciuto come Oukoop e Kortenhoeve. Il 19 agosto 1857 Oukoop divenne parte del comune di Hekendorp. Poiché Oukoop non si trovava al confine del territorio di Hekendorp, divenne un'exclave di questo comune. Nel 1964 Hekendorp divenne parte del comune di Driebruggen, che nel 1989 divenne parte del comune di Reeuwijk.
