Spijk ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde West Betuwe in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Es liegt an der Stelle, wo der Merwedekanal in die Linge mündet, gegenüber von Arkel. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Linge liegt Rietveld und zwischen diesen beiden Orten verkehrt eine Fußfähre. In Spijk und dem Weiler Vogelswerf leben zusammen etwa 900 Menschen. Die Kirche stammt aus dem 14. Jahrhundert.
