Spijk es una aldea en el municipio de West Betuwe en la provincia neerlandesa de Gelderland. Se encuentra en el lugar donde el canal Merwede desemboca en el Linge, frente a Arkel. Al otro lado del Linge se encuentra Rietveld y entre estos dos lugares navega una ferry peatonal. En Spijk y la aldea de Vogelswerf viven juntas unas 900 personas. La iglesia data del siglo XIV.
