Die Kirche der protestantischen (niederländisch reformierten) Gemeinde in Steenbergen, besser bekannt als die Weiße Kirche oder Protestantische Kirche, ist ein Kirchengebäude, eine sogenannte Wasserstaatskirche.
Wasserstaatskirche ist der Begriff für niederländische Kirchengebäude, die zwischen 1824 und 1875 mit finanzieller Unterstützung der nationalen Regierung erbaut wurden. Der Entwurf und Bau solcher Kirchen unterlagen der Genehmigung und Kontrolle durch Ingenieure des Ministeriums für Wasserstaat. Im Gegensatz zu dem, was oft gedacht wird, ist der Begriff Wasserstaatskirche nicht mit einem bestimmten Baustil verbunden.
Die Weiße Kirche ist mit ihren toskanischen Halbsäulen, dem Kronleisten und dem dreieckigen Giebel sowie durch den Glockenturm mit ihren sechseckigen Obelisken ein Musterbeispiel des Neoklassizismus.
