Die Korpershoek ist eine Kornmühle etwas westlich von Schipluiden. Bereits 1541 wurde an diesem Ort von einer Mühle berichtet. Die Mühle verdankt ihren Namen den Karpfen, die an diesem Ort laichen und eiern.

1625 wurde an dieser Stelle eine neue Mühle erbaut, die bis zum 21. Juli 1865 in Betrieb war. Nach einem Blitzeinschlag an diesem Tag wurde die Mühle wieder aufgebaut. Am 2. Februar 1945 brach erneut ein großer Brand aus, nach dem beschlossen wurde, die Korpershoek mit Teilen der Mühle De Jonge Pieter aus Leimuiden zu bauen. Der erste Stein für den Wiederaufbau wurde am 13. Mai 1950 gelegt. Am 10. November 1951 wurde der Wiederaufbau abgeschlossen und die Mühle wieder in Betrieb genommen. 1991 wurde die Mühle restauriert. Auf einer Gedenktafel in der Mauer ist zu lesen:
1772 - 1950Ein Feuer legte die alte Mühle niederDoch fröhlich dreht die neue wiederZuerst arbeitslos in LeimuidenMahle ich jetzt für Schipluiden
Der Text erinnert daran, dass die Mühle, die jetzt steht, 1772 in Leimuiden erbaut und 1950 nach Schipluiden versetzt wurde.
