Spijk ist ein Dorf in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Der Name stammt von dem Wort Herespich. Es hat etwa 600 Einwohner. Obwohl das benachbarte Lobith den Namen trägt, tritt der Fluss Rhein bei Spijk in die Niederlande ein. Lobith liegt innerhalb derselben Gemeinde, befindet sich jedoch entlang des Rheins etwas weiter von der deutschen Grenze entfernt. Der Fluss wird hier jedoch als Oberrhein bezeichnet.
