Spijk est un village dans la province néerlandaise de Gelderland. Le nom vient du mot Herespich. Il compte environ 600 habitants. Bien que le voisin Lobith porte le nom, le fleuve Rhin entre aux Pays-Bas à Spijk. Lobith se trouve dans la même municipalité, mais est situé le long du Rhin un peu plus loin de la frontière allemande. Cependant, le cours d'eau ici est appelé Rhin supérieur.
