Spijk is een dorp in de gemeente Rijnwaarden ( tot 1 januari 1985 gemeente Herwen-en-Aerdt) in de Nederlandse provincie Gelderland. De naam is afkomstig van het woord Herespich. Het heeft zo'n 600 inwoners. Hoewel het naburige Lobith de naam heeft, komt bij Spijk de rivier de Rijn Nederland binnen. Lobith ligt binnen dezelfde gemeente, maar ligt langs de Rijn iets verder van de Duitse grens af. De stroom heet hier echter Boven-Rijn.
