Spijk è un villaggio nella provincia olandese di Gelderland. Il nome deriva dalla parola Herespich. Ha circa 600 abitanti. Sebbene il vicino Lobith abbia il nome, il fiume Reno entra nei Paesi Bassi a Spijk. Lobith si trova all'interno dello stesso comune, ma è situato lungo il Reno un po' più lontano dal confine tedesco. Tuttavia, qui il corso d'acqua è chiamato Reno Superiore.
