Genannt der Turm des Rathauses von Neptun, dem römischen Gott des Meeres. Alles begann im 14. Jahrhundert, als ein Saal erbaut wurde, wo sich heute dieses Gebäude befindet; das alte Rathaus neben dem Dikke Toren wurde ersetzt. Doch erst Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts wurde beschlossen, das Gebäude zu erweitern. Der oktogonale Renaissance-Turm mit der Statue von Neptun an der Spitze wurde errichtet. In dieser Zeit traten mit dem neuen Bau dieses Gebäudes die Luxusfeiern in Erscheinung. Obwohl es wie ein einfaches Gebäude aussieht, ist es reich an dekorativen Künsten, jedoch ohne Übermaß. Heute befindet sich dort das städtische Museum, das die Geschichte der Stadt Zierikzee erzählt.
