Die Leiter ist ein Denkmal, das für das frühere Konzentrationslager Kamp Amersfoort von dem Künstler Armando geschaffen wurde. Das Denkmal wurde 1994 eingeweiht und steht an der Ecke der Laan 1914 und der Doornseweg in Amersfoort. Es ist ein Kunstwerk, das an eine bronzene Leiter erinnern soll. Das Kunstwerk ist 14 Meter hoch. Die Leiter steht symbolisch für einen Fluchtweg, Trost und die Gedanken der Gefangenen.
