Heel und Panheel ist eine ehemalige Gemeinde in der niederländischen Provinz Limburg und entstand nach der Zusammenlegung der Orte Heel und Panheel am 1. Januar 1821.
Die Siedlung Pol, die zusammen mit Panheel die Gemeinde Pol und Panheel bildete, wurde nach Wessem eingegliedert.
Die Weiler Katert, Apenbroek und Houtem im Norden der Gemeinde wurden von Wessem übernommen.
