Heel and Panheel is a former municipality in Dutch Limburg, and was formed after the merger of the villages Heel and Panheel on January 1, 1821.
The hamlet Pol, which together with Panheel formed the municipality of Pol and Panheel, was annexed to Wessem.
The hamlets Katert, Apenbroek, and Houtem in the northern part of the municipality were taken over from Wessem.
