Das Hauptgebäude des Sanatoriums Berg en Bosch ist ein Rijksmonument an der Professor Bronkhorstlaan 10 in Bilthoven in der niederländischen Provinz Utrecht.
Das Hauptgebäude von Berg en Bosch hat ein Mittelteil mit drei Stockwerken und daneben zwei Flügel mit zwei Stockwerken. Der im rechten Winkel zum Mittelteil stehende Flügelbereich auf der Rückseite besteht aus einem Stockwerk. Im rechten Winkel dazu stehen auf beiden Seiten zwei Flügel. Am Ende jedes der nördlichen Flügel befindet sich ein Pavillon. Die Bauteile haben Satteldächer, die mit roten holländischen Dachziegeln gedeckt sind. Auf dem First steht ein Glockenstuhl unter einem kupfernen Spitz mit Wetterfahne. Die Fenster in der Fassade haben Stahlrahmen mit Sprosseneinteilung. In der asymmetrischen Rückfassade befinden sich eine Loggia und zwei flämische Fassaden.
