Schellingwoude ist ein Dorf in Landelijk Noord, dem dünn besiedelten ländlichen Teil des Stadtteils Amsterdam-Noord, der zu Amsterdam in der niederländischen Provinz Nordholland gehört. Das Dorf liegt am Deich zwischen Nieuwendam und Durgerdam. Die meisten Häuser stehen am Schellingwouderdijk entlang des IJ. Die Wasserstaatskirche befindet sich hinter dem Deich, auf einem Hügel. Das Gebäude stammt aus dem Jahr 1866 und wurde ursprünglich von der niederländischen reformierten Gemeinde genutzt. Aus Ausgrabungen geht hervor, dass dort bereits im 14. Jahrhundert eine Kirche gestanden hat.
