Der Kåfjord ist ein Seitenarm des Altafjords in der Provinz Troms og Finnmark in Nordnorwegen. Er liegt am südwestlichen Ende des Altafjords und ist etwa 7 km lang und 1 km breit. Im Fjord befinden sich die Ortschaft Kåfjorden und die historische Kåfjord Kirche .

Entlang der nördlichen Küstenlinie verläuft die Europastraße 6, deren Route um den Fjord seit 2013 durch eine neue Brücke mit anschließendem 1,1 km langen Tunnel nach Kvenvik verkürzt wird.
