Tokke ist eine Kommune im Westen des norwegischen Fylke Vestfold og Telemark. Die Nachbarkommunen sind Vinje, Seljord, Fyresdal, Valle und Bykle. Der höchste Punkt ist Urdenosi .
Die Kommune liegt am Ende des Telemarkkanals. Tokke exportiert seit der Wikingerzeit Wetzsteine. Es gab früher viele Bären hier, daher zeigt das Wappen einen Bären. 1689 wurden Kupfererzvorkommen bei Åmdals Verk entdeckt, bis 1945 wurde Kupfer gefördert.
