Jelenia Góra [jɛˈlɛɲa ˈgura] , deutsch Hirschberg , ist eine Stadt in der polnischen Woiwodschaft Niederschlesien.Die Stadt liegt in Niederschlesien im Hirschberger Tal an der Mündung des Zacken in den Bober am Fuß des Riesengebirges, das die Grenze zu Tschechien bildet, auf 342 m ü. NHN, rund 90 km südwestlich von Breslau und 70 km östlich von Görlitz. Sie gehört zur Euroregion Neiße und ist Sitz des Karkonoski Park Narodowy .
