Die Kongregation Unserer Lieben Frau von der Barmherzigkeit ist ein großes neoklassizistisches Gebäude aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, umgeben von Gärten.

Obwohl es heute eine Seniorenresidenz ist , war es ursprünglich ein Benediktinerkloster für Frauen . Teile wie ein manuelinischer Turm , ein Dach und einige Fragmente des inneren Kreuzgangs sind erhalten. Die Kirche wurde im 18. Jahrhundert im Barockstil umgebaut.
