Kizzuwatna war ein Königreich im südöstlichen Anatolien im 15. Jahrhundert v. Chr. Ein Zentrum war Kummanni. Die Bevölkerung bestand hauptsächlich aus Hurritern und Luwiern.
Kizzuwatna entspricht in etwa dem späteren Ebenen Kilikien. Das Land grenzte im Süden ans Mittelmeer. Im Westen bildete die Stadt Lamiya den äußersten Grenzpunkt zu Ḫatti. Vom Meer verlief die Grenze nordwärts bis Illubru, dann weiter in nordöstlicher Richtung bis an den Fluss Šamri und weiter durch den Taurus.
