Die Duke Chapel ist eine ökumenische Kirche auf dem West-Campus der Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Durch die methodistischen Wurzeln der Duke University ist sie historisch eng verbunden mit der evangelisch-methodistischen Kirche. Die vom afroamerikanischen Architekten Julian F. Abele entworfene neogotische Kirche wurde zwischen 1930 und 1932 im Rahmen des Neubaus des West-Campus der Universität errichtet und am 2. Juni 1935 offiziell eingeweiht.
Der Kirchturm hat eine Höhe von 64 Meter und ist dem Vierungsturm der Kathedrale von Canterbury nachempfunden; anders als dieser ist er aber dem Kirchenschiff vorangestellt. Er besitzt ein Carillon aus 50 Glocken, wobei die größte über 5 Tonnen wiegt.
