The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania is the final authority for the interpretation of the Constitution and the compliance of laws in accordance with the constitution. As of article 168, the ourt guarantees respect for the Constitution and makes final interpretations of it.
The Constitutional Court is composed of 9 members, which are appointed by the President with the consent of the Parliament .
