The Roman Catholic Capuchin Church in Werfen is located in the market municipality of Werfen in the district of St. Johann im Pongau in the state of Salzburg. The former Capuchin Church of Mariahilf belongs to the deanery of Altenmarkt in the Archdiocese of Salzburg. The church and the monastery building are protected as historical monuments.
The church and the monastery were built in 1737 under the Archbishop of Salzburg Leopold Anton von Firmian with the construction supervisor Brother Benno Gelpio. The monastery was sold in 1981.
