From Matrei am Brenner, it goes uphill to the Maria Waldrast Monastery. A break on the large terrace is definitely worthwhile, especially when the sun is shining. Afterwards, enjoy the downhill mountain bike ride into the Stubai Valley until you reach Axams, the destination of your stage.
