Bad Gastein and Alpenhaus Prossau

This morning I didn't know what to expect today. It started quite innocently with cycling along the Gasteiner Ache. then in Badbruck it went down to business. Steep inclines had to be overcome to get to Bad Gastein. Phew. In Bad Gastein then the usual sightseeing round and then on to the Kötschachtal. Oh, here again we had to overcome some short but powerful ramps. When I arrived at the Alpenhaus Prossau I was really flat. More probably wouldn't have been possible. Here a much-needed refreshment and then back on almost the same path. But this time mostly downwards :-) #noebike
